Studio 49 has decades of experience producing high quality instruments and the 2000 Series xylophones are a perfect example of this legacy. The premium 2000 Series instruments offer both high quality sound and craftsmanship. These instruments satisfy the highest musical standards and are excellent for use in music and grade schools.

The Bass Xylophone is set in diatonic C-A1, with included F# and Bb bars (16 total).  Only hand-selected and expertly cured Honduran rosewood is used in the legendary 2000 Series. For maximum volume, the alto and bass instruments include several proportioned resonator chambers and sound-reinforcing lips on the dividers.

All instruments have solid pine resonator boxes and handles for easy transportation. The handles also serve as the support point for the Studio 49 stands (Item #255671). Adjusting between instruments on the stands is easy. Instruments can be changed out with only the turn of a large wing nut, allowing uninterrupted instruction when interchanging between instruments.
